1. Request for package booking to be confirmed by written only.
2. All booking correspondence to be made by written only.
3. No verbal communication to be considered if any dispute occurs.
4. Booking to be confirmed only after receiving 100% of the package cost.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES:
1. If group/client postpone the tour without date fixation shall be considered CANCLE OF TOUR and refund shall be made according to package cancellation policy of CrazyToGo holidays Pvt Ltd
2. In any case of cancellation of booking it must inform in advance to CrazyToGo Holidays in writing.
3. Cancellation charge shall be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.
4. In case of international group package (including flight) client fail to provide the total guest detail ( passport detail,pancard detail,aadhar detail) 15 days prior to departure shall be considered CANCLE (NO SHOW)and refund shall be made according to cancellation policy.
6.If the payment is not made as per schedule provided in the first booking confirmation through email/ what's app chat CrazyToGo holidays private limited reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refund shall be as per CrazyToGo holidays package cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation charge shall be as follows
# 60 days prior to package tour date- 10%of the package cost
#50 days prior to package tour date-25% of the package cost
# 45 days prior to the package tour date - 50% of the package cost
# 30 days prior to package tour date - 60%of the package cost
# 16 days prior to package tour date - 75% of the package cost
# 0-15 days prior to the package tour date - 100% of the package cost (NO-SHOW)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGE:
1. The contract will not be effective between the service provider agency CrazyToGo holidays Pvt Ltd and client untill received the full amount of payment from client with in payment plan.
2. The CrazyToGo holidays Pvt. Ltd. has the right to take decesion by reason for
a) To cancel the contract by reason prior to the date of service provide and if does so it's liability shall be limited of refunding amount received from client without inclusion of any percentage of intrest.
b) To amend of rate /timming of transportation service in such situation of any unavoidable circumstances.
c)CrazyToGo holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall in no any circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client of persons travelling with the agency in the contract period of service provided for any death,physical injury, sickness, accidental case, any illegal or immoral activity any penalty by caused of activity's against civic rule, any damage or lost of luggage or valuable goods and national,international or natural calamities.
